Position summary
The coordinator provides critical administrative and student-facing support within the K–12 Curriculum & Student Services department. This individual is responsible for guiding students and families through the enrollment process, assisting with communication workflows, supporting academic services, and ensuring a smooth student experience from application through graduation. This role also includes collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and supporting various school initiatives.

Duties and responsibilities
Educational/Academic
- Review and manage eTextbook access
- Coordinate and communicate IEP/504 plans with relevant parties
- Review and email IEP/504 information to the D2L Manager and ensure proper documentation
- Support FERPA compliance by adding relevant documentation to the internal drive
- Respond to and manage requests from parents and guardians
- Review and verify signatures and student enrollment lists
- Review and Process Course/Teacher Surveys
- Conducts Academic Success meetings with new students
- Process and release exams and project submissions (as needed)
- “Contract” teaching available (not included in salary)
Enrollment
- Collect and process enrollment documents for new and returning students
- Process applications and verify documentation for all new students
- Organize and archive enrollment documents
- Create student ID cards
- Send initial orientation information to newly enrolled families
- Check for and process daily faxes
- Respond to phone inquiries related to enrollment
- Review returned statements and update records as necessary
- Complete post enrollment process (signature, MailChimp, student lounge)
Student Services
- Email birthday lists and support communication outreach
- Set up and manage payment plans for families
- Send official transcripts to the Academic Advisors
- Respond to customer service inquiries via phone or email
- Manage the “Help Desk” (TAWK)
- Ensure FERPA, IEP information
- Update and manage MailChimp lists for family communication
- Supervise the sorting of monthly financial statements to be mailed
- Maintain and update BD (Birthdate)/Student Lounge lists
- Provide assistance on Student Service-related projects as needed
- Assist in Newsletter, Chapel planning, and projects assigned
Recruiting
- Assist with recruiting and marketing initiatives
- Parent Q & A meetings (Shared responsibility)
- Assist in social media and advertising
- Support outreach events as needed
- Provide backup support staff for absences (cross-trained)
Supervisory responsibilities
Will have shared supervision of a student worker (a University student)
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree related to K-12 Education
- Preferably a Master's Degree in Education
- Bilingual Preferred
- Experience and training in online learning
- Developed Technology skills
- Online Education Training
