Position summary

The coordinator provides critical administrative and student-facing support within the K–12 Curriculum & Student Services department. This individual is responsible for guiding students and families through the enrollment process, assisting with communication workflows, supporting academic services, and ensuring a smooth student experience from application through graduation. This role also includes collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and supporting various school initiatives.

The candidate must have experience in customer service and leadership in the area of education. It is important to be able to work with a team respectfully and always strive for improvement.  Clear and effective communication skills are essential.

Physical demands

Able to work at a computer for long periods of time.

The work will be office work and occasional errands.
